        Every artwork is hand-painted on premium stretched canvas by a skilled artist, bringing individual brushwork, texture, and depth to each piece. The original compositions are developed using AI-assisted design tools and curated by our creative director Moritz Danner. Before shipping, you receive high-resolution preview images of your actual painting for approval. No two pieces are identical.

        Materials & Care

        Professional-grade acrylic and oil paints on premium stretched canvas with solid wood stretcher bars. Sealed with a protective varnish for lasting color and durability. Arrives ready to hang.

        To keep your painting looking its best: dust gently with a soft, dry cloth every few months. Avoid direct sunlight, moisture, and cleaning products on the canvas surface. Keep away from direct heat sources. If storing, wrap in acid-free paper and keep upright in a cool, dry place.

        What materials are used?

        Our artists use professional-grade acrylic and oil paints on premium stretched canvas with kiln-dried wooden stretcher bars. All materials are selected for archival quality and lasting vibrancy, so your painting will look beautiful for generations.

        How long does it take to receive my painting?

        Because each painting is hand-painted to order just for you, please allow approximately 2 weeks for production. Once your painting ships, delivery to the United States typically takes 5 to 10 business days via DHL Express. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

        Can I preview my painting before it ships?

        Yes. Before your painting is shipped, we send you a preview photo so you can see the finished piece and confirm you are happy with it. This is our way of ensuring every customer receives exactly what they expect.

        What is your return policy?

        We offer a 60-day return policy on all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your painting, simply contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will arrange a full refund, no questions asked.

        Does my painting come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

        Yes. Every ARTMERE painting ships with a signed Certificate of Authenticity that includes the artwork title, medium, dimensions, creation date, a unique serial number and the signature of our Founder and Creative Director. This certificate is essential for provenance, insurance and future value.
