Is each artwork really hand-painted?
Yes. ARTMERE artworks are hand-painted on canvas rather than printed. Each piece is made to order and reviewed before shipping.
Will my painting look exactly like the images?
Your painting follows the selected design, while the hand-painted process creates natural variations in brushwork, color and texture. You receive photos of the finished work for review before shipping.
How does preview before shipping work?
After production, we email photos of the finished painting. If something important feels off, we work with the artist on adjustments before the artwork is approved for dispatch.
Which finish arrives ready to hang?
Framed finishes and Gallery Wrap arrive ready to hang. Canvas Roll is shipped rolled; stretching and framing are not included.
How long does delivery take?
Most artworks arrive within an estimated 2 to 4 weeks. Production usually takes 5 to 10 days, followed by preview, final quality control and typically 1 to 2 weeks of insured shipping. Estimates are not guaranteed. Read the Shipping Policy.
Is US shipping free and insured?
Standard shipping is free for standard orders and includes professional packaging and transit insurance. Express shipping may cost extra. Read the Shipping Policy.
How do returns work?
ARTMERE offers a voluntary 60-day satisfaction guarantee from delivery. Conditions and exclusions apply, and return shipping is generally the collector’s responsibility unless the issue is a defect, shipping damage or an ARTMERE error. Read the Return & Refund Policy.
