Canvas Roll: The painted canvas arrives rolled, unstretched and unframed. Local stretching or framing is not included.
Delivery & approval
Our artworks arrive within two to four weeks from ordering. Production usually takes five to ten days. We email you photos of the finished painting for review.
Shipping begins only after your approval. We review adjustment requests according to the artwork and production stage and send new images after any feasible adjustment.
After approval, the work moves through final quality control, careful packaging and insured delivery. Insured delivery is included in the price; ARTMERE covers import duties and import taxes. Timelines may vary by artwork size, finish, approval, destination and customs processing.

Artwork & process
Each ARTMERE composition is developed and refined through a creative process led by Moritz Danner, then individually hand-painted on canvas by a skilled studio artist.
Every finished painting has its own brushwork, texture and subtle handmade variations. Digital and AI-assisted tools may support early composition development.
A Certificate of Authenticity documenting the finished work is included.
Care: Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Keep away from moisture, cleaning products, direct heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
Returns
Standard Collection artworks include a voluntary 60-day satisfaction guarantee from delivery. Depending on the case, we offer an adjustment, one repaint by another artist per order, or a return and refund.
For a voluntary return, the artwork must be in the condition received and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the collector’s responsibility unless the issue is a defect, shipping damage or an ARTMERE error. Exclusions include commissioned works, custom sizes after production begins, Limited Editions and gift cards.
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 business days with photos of the artwork and packaging, and keep the original packaging during review.
