About this artwork

I like how the mountains in this work seem to recede before you can fully hold onto them. The soft blue, lavender and pale pink create distance, while the blossoms in front keep the scene from becoming empty. It feels calm without being completely still. It opens the wall gently and adds a real sense of distance. I would pair it with light wood, linen or quiet grey and blush tones.

      Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Keep the artwork away from moisture, direct heat, and prolonged direct sunlight.

      Preview & delivery

      Your painting is individually hand-painted after your order and is usually ready for preview within 5 to 10 days. Once finished and reviewed by our creative team, we email photos of the actual work for your approval. After approval, it is carefully packed and shipped with insurance.

      Insured delivery is included in the price of your artwork. Most artworks arrive within 2 to 4 weeks of ordering, depending on size, finish, approval timing, and destination. Tracking is emailed as soon as your artwork is on its way.

      Returns & protection

      You have 60 days from delivery to decide whether the artwork is right for your home. Please keep the original packaging and return the piece in the condition received. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the collector’s responsibility.

      If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos of the artwork and packaging. We will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

      Questions about your artwork

      Is this a print or a hand-painted artwork?

      It is a hand-painted artwork, not a print. Your ARTMERE work is individually painted on canvas by a skilled studio artist. Visible brushwork, layered paint, and natural variations in the surface remain part of the finished piece.

      Who develops and paints my artwork?

      Each composition is digitally developed by ARTMERE’s creative team and refined under the creative direction of founder Moritz Danner. A skilled studio artist then paints the composition individually by hand on canvas. ARTMERE reviews the finished work before you receive the preview photos and approve it for shipping.

      What does “original” mean at ARTMERE?

      At ARTMERE, original refers to the physical artwork you receive: an individually hand-painted work on canvas, not a print. The same composition may be painted again for another collector, but each physical version has its own brushwork and subtle variations in texture and detail.

      Standard Collection works are not numbered limited editions unless the product page states otherwise. Each artwork includes a Certificate of Authenticity with its title, size, materials, and completion details.

      Will my finished painting look exactly like the images online?

      Not exactly, because every work is painted by hand. Your finished painting will closely follow the composition, overall color direction, and character shown online. Small variations in brushwork, texture, color, and detail are natural.

      Screen settings, photography, and room lighting can also affect how colors appear. Before shipping, you receive photos of your actual finished painting for review.

      Can I review the artwork or request adjustments before shipping?

      Yes. When your painting is finished, we email preview photos of the actual work. If something important feels off, tell us before you approve it. We then review what can be adjusted with the studio artist.

      Only after your approval does the artwork move to final quality control, packaging, and shipping.

      Will my artwork arrive ready to hang?

      Framed finishes and Gallery Wrap arrive stretched and ready to hang. Canvas Roll is shipped unstretched and unframed in a protective roll, so it requires local stretching or framing. The finish selected above determines what is included.

      How long will my order take?

      Most artworks are estimated to arrive within 2 to 4 weeks. Production usually takes 5 to 10 days, followed by preview approval and final quality control. Insured shipping usually takes 1 to 2 weeks.

      These timelines are estimates and can vary by artwork, size, finish, approval time, destination, and customs processing. Tracking is emailed as soon as the artwork is on its way.

      What if I want to return the artwork or it arrives damaged?

      Standard Collection artworks are covered by ARTMERE’s voluntary 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. Depending on the situation, we may offer an adjustment, one repaint, or a return and refund.

      For a voluntary return, the artwork must be in the condition received and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the collector’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect, shipping damage, or an ARTMERE error. Exclusions apply to custom commissions, special custom-size works not listed in the standard catalog once production has started, Limited Edition works, and gift cards.

      If the artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 business days. Include clear photos of the artwork and packaging and a short description. After review, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

      Is shipping free, and could taxes or import fees apply?

      Standard shipping is free for standard orders and includes professional packaging and transit insurance. ARTMERE covers all import duties and import taxes for every order. Domestic sales tax or VAT shown in the displayed price or checkout total is separate.

      If a carrier or customs authority asks you to pay import duties or import taxes, do not pay the request. Forward the notice to ARTMERE so we can resolve it.
