        Production usually takes 5 to 10 days. After preview approval and final quality control, insured shipping typically takes 1 to 2 weeks. Most pieces arrive within 2 to 4 weeks from order, depending on size, framing, approval time and destination. Returns are accepted within 60 days under our return policy.

        Every artwork is hand-painted on premium stretched canvas by a skilled artist, bringing individual brushwork, texture, and depth to each piece. Each composition is digitally developed by our creative team, refined by Moritz Danner, and then hand-painted on canvas. Before shipping, you receive preview images of your actual painting for review. No two pieces are identical.

        Professional-grade acrylic and oil paints on premium stretched canvas with solid wood stretcher bars. Sealed with a protective varnish for lasting color and durability. Arrives ready to hang.

        To keep your painting looking its best: dust gently with a soft, dry cloth every few months. Avoid direct sunlight, moisture, and cleaning products on the canvas surface. Keep away from direct heat sources. If storing, wrap in acid-free paper and keep upright in a cool, dry place.

        Yes. Every ARTMERE work is hand-painted on canvas by a skilled artist. The finished piece has real brushwork, layered texture and subtle surface depth, so each artwork is unique.

        Which materials are used?

        ARTMERE works are painted with professional acrylic and oil paints on premium stretched canvas with solid wood stretcher bars. Each piece is sealed with a protective varnish and arrives ready to hang.

        How long does delivery take?

        Most ARTMERE pieces arrive within 2 to 4 weeks. Production usually takes 5 to 10 days, followed by preview approval, final quality control and typically 1 to 2 weeks of insured shipping. We send tracking as soon as your piece is on its way.

        Can I preview my painting before it ships?

        Yes. Before dispatch, we send preview images of your finished artwork for review. If something important feels off, we work with the artist on adjustments before the piece is approved for shipping.

        How does the 60-day return policy work?

        We offer a voluntary 60-day satisfaction guarantee from delivery. To return an artwork, it must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the collector's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect, shipping damage or an error on our part.
