Horizontal Original
Paintings
Hand-painted works for sofas, beds, sideboards and classic wide walls
The strongest horizontal paintings do not simply fill a wall. They follow the line the room has already drawn.

THE CLASSIC WIDE FORMAT
Follow the furniture.
Keep enough height.
A sofa, bed or sideboard creates a horizontal axis. A painting with a classic wide proportion can answer that line while keeping enough height for the composition to hold the wall above it.
This is the distinction from panoramic art. Horizontal works are wider than they are tall, but they still read as a complete pictorial field. Panoramic works are longer and lower, designed for unusually wide, shallow wall spaces.

ABOVE A SOFA OR BED
A wide work with room to breathe
Use the furniture below as the visual frame. A horizontal painting should feel connected to the sofa or headboard without stretching so far that the composition becomes a narrow band.
Choose Horizontal when the wall needs a classic wide rectangle. Choose Panoramic when the available space is distinctly longer and lower.

ABOVE A SIDEBOARD
Match the furniture line, not the whole wall
A sideboard gives the eye a clear horizontal anchor. Keep the painting visually tied to that piece of furniture, then use the remaining wall as breathing room rather than space that must be filled.
For an exceptionally long credenza or a very shallow strip of wall, compare the Panoramic collection before choosing.

SURFACE, ACROSS THE CANVAS
Width carries the gesture.
Paint gives it depth.
In Kingdom of Signals, layered marks travel across the canvas while raised paint catches the light at close range. The format leads the eye sideways without flattening the work into a panoramic band.
INDIVIDUALLY HAND-PAINTED
Made by hand.
Not reproduced.
ARTMERE compositions are digitally developed and refined by the creative team, then individually hand-painted on canvas by skilled studio artists. The result is not a printed reproduction. It is a painting with real depth, gesture and variation.
SCALE, WITHOUT GUESSWORK
Choose the width that belongs to the furniture below it.
Start with the sofa, bed or sideboard rather than the whole wall. The Art Size Guide helps you choose a quieter, balanced or bolder relationship before checking the exact dimensions on the artwork page.
